NDIS & Disability Exercise Physiology Services

Peak Performance Rehabilitation provides personalised, mobile Exercise Physiology services for individuals of all ages and abilities across Perth. Services are tailored to support people living with disability through evidence-based programs aimed at improving strength, mobility, independence, and overall well-being.

Support is available for self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, including in-home assessments, individualised treatment plans, and detailed progress reporting aligned with NDIS goals. Collaboration with support coordinators and plan managers is available where required.
